「新光信義杰仕堡」是因應(yīng)全球化趨勢，國際菁英人士因工作、假期，在世界各大都會頻繁流動而規(guī)劃的精品型Long Stay。酒店式公寓由晶華酒店專業(yè)管理，提供比擬五星級飯店質(zhì)感的住房租賃服務(wù)。 本案是飛形設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)首次嘗試房間系統(tǒng)的專案。設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)從奢華酒店公寓(Luxury Hotel Apartment)的構(gòu)想發(fā)展，深化個案具備國際飯店品質(zhì)的形象。因應(yīng)長期居住的生活機(jī)能需求，置入舒適尺度的衛(wèi)浴空間,為每個房型規(guī)劃餐廚空間。設(shè)計(jì)會同經(jīng)營管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的整體營運(yùn)規(guī)劃特別讓三種房型統(tǒng)籌出系列性的風(fēng)貌，空間均運(yùn)用線條簡練低矮的家具，并將淺灰色染入木作、涂料、織品中，為全案譜寫沉穩(wěn)和諧的基調(diào)。 長方盒內(nèi)賞美景 Modern Comfort擁有23.5坪，是尺度較大的房型，整個長型空間擁有L型窗景，屬于景觀優(yōu)越的轉(zhuǎn)角套房。設(shè)計(jì)師希望以低矮內(nèi)斂的線條，突顯空間具備長帶狀窗景的優(yōu)勢，并開展室內(nèi)空間與都會景觀的互動性。 設(shè)計(jì)研思從長型立方盒開始發(fā)生，講究長型座椅、茶幾、矮柜的線條均維持簡潔低矮特色，并與帶狀窗景作平行排設(shè)。低矮的家具讓生活重心貼近地面，使用者更能輕松地蜷曲在座椅中欣賞窗景。外型低調(diào)的長型沙發(fā)也是窗口的純凈的前景，都會日夜變化的光影脈動滲入空間中，不僅為住房織構(gòu)出賞景情趣，也與居住者的生活緊密互動。 Two Lounges /Two Bedrooms 設(shè)計(jì)師希望突破傳統(tǒng)的居住格局劃設(shè)手法，運(yùn)用Two Lounges /Two Bedrooms的概念區(qū)隔二個方正的生活區(qū)塊，強(qiáng)調(diào)比鄰的兩區(qū)具備可對比、可模擬、可交流等特質(zhì)。在客廳與臥室之間藉由清玻璃區(qū)隔，兩區(qū)的家具依循對比性作配置;客廳區(qū)的L沙發(fā)是從床鋪的概念作發(fā)想，讓座椅降低高度、拓展深度，并給予可組合編排的特色，讓沙發(fā)椅變化出坐椅、躺椅、客床等多種使用可能，賦予客廳同時具備客房的機(jī)能。 Two Lounges /Two Bedrooms的局部玻璃墻配搭線簾點(diǎn)綴，營造視線可若隱若現(xiàn)穿透的魅惑，在簾幕收展之間玩弄景深穿透變化。 Modern Comfort強(qiáng)調(diào)閑適奢華的氣息，由深淺有致的米白、米黃、棕色系釀構(gòu)溫暖氛圍與低調(diào)奢華的私密人文行館風(fēng)貌，擄獲國際旅人青睞。采訪」劉蕙蘋 JASPER VILLA Modern Comfort: 「JASPER VILLA」is a hotel for international business an d relaxing long-stay needs; This management style has become a trend because economic globalization moves professionals from country to country. Zien-hwa, a famous local hotel chain operator, offers five-star service for its renters and it assures the best quality and professionalism. This is the first hotel design for FOA and they considered this “l(fā)uxury hotel apartment” as a trial to penetrate into the international project. Modern Comfort A view in a rectangular box Modern Comfort has the 23.5 ping floor plan; it is one of the bigger sized rooms in Gasper. A long strip window wraps two side walls framing an L-shaped view. The room has been designed to open up to the view and offers endless contact to cityscape and street landscape beyond. All design starts from its plan. Within the rectangular plan, the designer installed long chair, tea table and low cabinet in parallel to the window. The low position induces renters to appreciate the window view while they sit or curl up on the sofa. This long sofa accepts natural light and stands in position where daily comfort is not separated from its existence. Two Lounges / Two bedrooms In a typical hotel room design, the space is dominated by a bed and dresser; while in FOA's design for Gasper, the room is subdivided into two lounges/ two bedrooms. The concept gives the room two living zones that allow the space to be flexible while evenly divided it into two distinguished spaces. The glass panel separating them is only a partially physical block. Visual penetration allows the two spaces to maintain a dialogue with each other. Observing the furniture of each zone, one finds they share similar design ideaz. The sofa in the living zone is very much like a bed; it may convert into a couch, sofa, and even an actual bed. The concept of “two lounges / two bedrooms” has as its key element a glass panel. The bead weaved screen covers the screen but exhibits a layer of high visual penetration but is still visually obscured by it.
